Huntear is a job application tracker. It reads your inbox, builds a board of the applications it finds there, and offers advice about them.

It is not a job board. It does not list vacancies, it does not apply on your behalf, and it does not contact employers. Nothing in Huntear sends email.

You sign in with Google, so your Huntear account is tied to a Google account and its security is your Google account's security. You need to be old enough to enter into an agreement where you live, and the inbox you connect needs to be yours.

You can stop at any time, by removing Huntear from your Google account's third-party access page or by asking us to delete everything. Neither requires a reason.

This is the clause worth reading. Huntear reads email automatically and works out which company an application is with, what stage it is at, and what has changed. It gets that wrong sometimes — a misidentified company, a missed rejection, a card that should exist and does not.

• Automation never moves a card between columns on its own. Where a change is inferred, you are asked to confirm it.
• Everything an automated process did is written to a log you can see and undo.
• Advice generated by a model is a suggestion. It is not legal, financial, or career advice, and you should not treat it as any of those.
• Deadlines shown on a card come from parsing an email. Check them against the email before you rely on one.

Use Huntear as a record you keep an eye on, not as a system of record you never check.

• Connect an inbox you do not own or have permission to use.
• Try to reach other people's data, or work around the checks that stop you.
• Resell Huntear, or scrape it as a data source for something else.
• Use it to do anything unlawful.

Tracking is free. Unlimited email parsing, the whole board, and every chart and number on the Insights page cost nothing, and are not planned to. What a subscription will pay for is the writing — the AI explaining what the numbers mean, drafting replies, and helping with offers.

Nothing can currently be charged for. There is no payment integration, so the pricing page describes an intention rather than a live transaction. When that changes, this section changes with it and you will be told the terms before anything is billed.

Huntear is early software. It will have outages, and Gmail will occasionally change in ways that break parsing until we catch up. We will keep it running as best we can, but it is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or that everything it tells you will be correct.

To the extent the law allows, Huntear is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including a missed deadline, a missed opportunity, or a decision made on the strength of something it got wrong. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and we will tell you rather than leaving you to find out. Continuing to use Huntear after that means you accept the new version.
