Refunds

Huntear Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card at checkout, but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged at all.

If you are charged for Huntear Pro for the first time and decide it is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of that payment and you will get all of it back. You do not need to give a reason.

This applies to your first payment, whether you chose the monthly or the 3-month plan.

• Payments after your first one, when your plan renews, are not refunded.
• You can cancel at any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
• This does not take away any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

Our order process is run by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so it is Paddle that takes your payment and issues refunds.

To ask for a refund, use the link in the receipt email Paddle sent you, or go to paddle.net and look up your order. You can also email us at hello@huntear.com and we will arrange it. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.

Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

Go to Settings, then Plan, in Huntear, or use the link in any email from Paddle. Cancelling stops future payments. It does not delete your board, and you can keep using Huntear's free tracker.
